Know where you can fit within the company and what you can bring to the team.

When going for interview it is as much about you as it is about them. An interview gives you the chance to get to know the company and size up whether it is the best job for you. In an interview the interviewer wants to hear that you can help them improve their business and they want to know how you’re going to do it. Talk through your relative experience and explain how your skills will be used within the role, showing that the company would absolutely benefit from having you on their team. Don’t wait to be asked about every single thing, (although don’t ramble on) take initiative and prove yourself to them.
