Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth within our portfolio of clients in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the Fintech sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and align our products and services to meet those needs effectively.
- Identify opportunities for growth within client accounts and work towards expanding our product offerings within these accounts.
- Monitor client performance and satisfaction, and proactively address any concerns or issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the Fintech or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex client relationships.
