Work For Us

Established in 2003, CVUK Group is a trusted talent acquisition partner to a wide range of global clients across the direct-to-consumer, beauty, home, lifestyle, and general merchandise sectors. We work with founder-led start-ups, private equity-backed ventures, and established brands, delivering tailored recruitment solutions through a mix of contingent search, retained search, and market intelligence.

With over 20 years of proven success, we pride ourselves on building long-term, value-driven relationships—both with clients who rely on us to represent them in the market and with the candidates we place. Headquartered in London with an office in Melbourne, we operate on a global scale.

The role of a Talent Acquisition Manager at CVUK Group focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment while building strong client relationships. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and advise on recruitment strategies and market trends. Regular updates and clear communication will be essential in managing client expectations throughout the process.

On the candidate side, you’ll source talent through various channels, screen and interview applicants, conduct reference checks, and manage offers through to placement. You’ll also handle recruitment logistics using ATS tools and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to manage multiple assignments. Experience in retail or head office environments is preferred, and a passion for fashion, beauty, or direct-to-consumer industries is a plus. This position offers a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission scheme.
