As far as Chanel and magical are concerned, they fit together like a hand to a glove. We’re well aware of the astounding productions on show at each and every Fashion Week. The spectacular backdrops to the ready-to-wear collections leave us in awe (mainly because of the price they will have cost the fashion house).

Recently, however, Mr. Lagerfeld seems to be spreading the Chanel spell of love as the list of the French label’s ambassadors can now add ‘engaged’ to their profiles. Earlier this week the fashion world took to Twitter to congratulate model, and Chanel ambassador Poppy Delevingne on her engagement. Proposed to with a bespoke Anya Hindmarch, surely this is as stylish as proposals come.

Miss (or is it now Ms?) Delevingne follows in the footsteps of Kiera Knightley and Caroline Sieber, both Chanel girls, who both confirmed their engagements this year. There’s definitely something in the air at Chanel and Karl is going to have his designer hands full.
