We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead a flagship store for a prestigious French premium / luxury fashion brand located in Central London. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, including setting sales targets, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing action plans.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer receives a personalized and memorable shopping experience, maintaining high standards of service and product knowledge among staff.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels effectively, including merchandise replenishment, stock rotation, and conducting regular inventory audits.
- Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that displays are visually appealing, in line with brand standards, and drive sales.
- Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and head office teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial or Assistant manager role within the fashion retail industry.
- Have a real passion for what you do, loves fashion, loves dealing with clients and has ideas for events and other ways to promote the store and integrate it in to the local community.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong sales acumen, with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends, with a thorough understanding of the luxury retail market a bonus.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
