Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritise and refine the product backlog effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a Fintech or technology-driven organisation.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and successful team leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field (preferred).
