Sales Manager / Account Manager.Reference: AF AM
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager / Account Manager to join a UK based creative agency, experienced in Digital, Ecommerce and creative projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, to develop and manage strong relationships with clients in the US and Europe to understand their needs and how it matches up to the services and products of the agency.
The main responsibility will be to attract and retain clients through excellent customer service and comprehensive knowledge of the products and services.
The ideal candidate will have around 5 years’ experience in a sales or marketing role, focused on ecommerce and website designs, digital services like SEO, Paid Media and Social Media. Experience working for an agency is not required but is a plus, and a combination of agency and in-house experience is advantageous.
Proven experience in B2B/B2C account management experience is required, with a proven track record of success providing small to large businesses with the best digital marketing solutions.
An understanding of the digital channels, digital ecosystem and tools is required. If you have excellent time management and organizational skills, with exceptional written and oral communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you.
Some key deliverables of the role include:
- Building a comprehensive knowledge of company offers and demonstrating those benefits to clients, suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
- Manage current projects and conducting Strategy and planning sessions with clients, following up and updating customers regarding project status, deliverables to ensure projects keep moving forward, monitoring key performance indicators of sales and marketing campaigns and creating comprehensive reports to improve results
- Communicate and Engage with Clients to gather their needs and requirements and handle project briefings properly, ensuring necessary creative and/or project assignment details are provided in order to ensure compliance on client deliverables and within budget
- Researching prospective and existing clients for a better understanding of their needs; conducting market and competitor research
