we are seeking an experienced mortgage paraplanner to work
alongside a highly successful mortgage broker Director who is currently
completing 5-10 non-regulated residential mortgages per month.

As a Mortgage Administrator/Mortgage Paraplanner your main duties include,
dealing with buy to let mortgages applications where the average case size
is over £5m. As well as dealing with high value buy to let mortgages the
Director deals with complex and unusual mortgage applications, and
therefore this role has scope to learn have further involvement.

As a Mortgage Paraplanner you will offer full administrative support to the
mortgage broker Director and his team, you will assist in undertaking fact
finds, researching the mortgages as well as presenting suitable solutions to
the mortgage broker to advise the client.
