Merchandiser

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Merchandiser . As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the right stock is available at the right time to maximize performance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data to optimize sales and profitability of product areas
• Support planning of budgets by category, option count, and depth of buy
• Control stock levels, intake, production flow, and WH forecasts based on sales and stock intakes
• Analyze best and worst sellers and take necessary actions
• Monitor and maintain buying margin
• Provide necessary data to enable informed decisions and planning
• Run reports from data systems and present key findings to the wider team
• Support day-to-day management of the Allocator & MAA roles

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy skills, especially in Excel
• Solid understanding of WSSI
• Analytical skills and confidence in working with data
• Strong decision-making and time management skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work well within a team environment

Day-to-Day

You will be working closely with the Head of Merchandising and supporting the wider team with data-driven insights and recommendations to drive performance and profitability.
