Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our online marketplace, (Tik Tok and E-bay ) identifying new opportunities and optimizing seller performance to maximize sales potential.
• Optimize Performance: Utilize analytics tools to monitor marketplace performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance conversion rates, average order value, and overall customer experience.
• Product Assortment: Curate and manage the product assortment within the marketplace, staying abreast of market trends and customer preferences to ensure a diverse and compelling product offering.
• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and advertising strategies to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement within the marketplace.

Requirements:

• 3-5  years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, marketplace tools, and analytics software.
• Strategic mindset with a proven track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.
