A fabulous opportunity to join a luxury womenswear brand as a Customer Service and EComms Assistant.
You will be responsible for the management of customer communications, customer orders and queries as well as any general queries. You also will be required to support on ecommerce tasks such as website maintenance, online marketing, CMS uploads and content management.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an ecommerce customer service role
- Experience using Zedonk & Shopify would be of benefit.
