Customer Care Advisor.

We are currently looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join a Luxury Womenswear brand. Due to exciting business growth, the established customer care team is looking to expand. You will provide exceptional, above and beyond customer service via various channels, phone, email and live chat.

Key Requirements:

You must have experience working for a  retail brand, and have a genuine passion for Customer Service. The successful candidate needs to be flexible to cover shifts during working hours from Monday – Saturday. This role does include a hybrid working model, with split time between the office and working from home. Due to the fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate must be organised. Strong computer skills are required, and a familiarity with Customer Care systems, such as Freshdesk or Zendesk, is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

As Customer Care Advisor, you will build relationships with customers, processing orders, customer returns and tracking deliveries. Additionally, you will provide excellent styling, sizing, and garment care advice. Confidence in navigating the website is key, in order to assist customers on where to find information. Furthermore, you will work in partnership with third-party partners to provide updates on stock and orders. Finally, you will be expected to make recommendations on how customer experience can be improved.
