CRM Manager.Reference: JCCRM1
We are supporting a luxury skincare brand in the search for a strategic and commercially driven CRM Manager.
You will be one of the key ambassadors for the entire digital experience and omnichannel initiatives. Reporting to the E-commerce director you will be responsible for growing the customer base whilst increasing the brand loyalty to improve engagement and drive revenue across all channels.
- Up to 5 years’ hands-on experience using automation CRM products, technical expertise in campaign setup, email communications, customer journeys, digital marketing analytics.
- E–commerce experience, preferably in beauty and/or luxury brands
- Experience of working in fast–paced and high–pressure environment
- Experience with Zendesk, Shopify Plus and Klaviyo is a plus but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem–solving skills
