We are currently recruiting for a Content and Social media Manager to join a mulit channel high performing ladieswear brand , with a strong celebrity following.
As a Content and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall content and social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase followers across various social media platforms.
You will create compelling content, manage social media channels, analyse performance metrics, and stay updated with industry trends to ensure effective communication and connection with the target audience.
Duties will include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content and social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including written, visual, and multimedia assets for social media platforms, website, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
- Manage all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) including content creation, publishing, community engagement, and moderation.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to leverage emerging opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- adapt strategies accordingly.
Ideal Experience
- Three – 5 years experience as a Content Manager, Social Media Manager ideally with a fashion Brand.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality content for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Self – motivated
- Ability to work autonomously and take the lead.
