Brand Ambassador.

We have an exciting new position for a Brand Ambassador to join an Organic Beauty Company based in London (Part Time, Permanent).
This is a part-time position working 3 days a week, 6 hour shifts including weekends with a rota that rotates so to not work every weekend.
Job purpose:
- Be an evangelist for the Brands, working with the wholesale partners to deliver on Brand missions
- Build relationships with the retail stores, making sure they have everything they need to maximise their success
- Represent the brands in store with retail store partners and end customers
Key responsibilities:
- Drive retail sales via interaction with customers and hosting on-counter/outreach/facial events to achieve retail targets.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all products; use this information to meet the needs of the customer.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, helping to assist in any client queries and recommending skincare for clients
- At quieter times, train store colleagues to understand, appreciate and love our products, and enable them to sell our products to customers to their benefit
- Making sure that in store merchandising and sales aids such as testers and point of sale materials are working effectively and are available
- Ensuring good levels of stock are available at all times, and reporting any concerns to the account manager immediately. Ensuring all is clean and tidy.
