Wholesale Merchandiser – Fashion – Leeds

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, detail-driven Wholesale Merchandiser to join a growing fashion brand

This is a fast-paced role at the heart of the brand — perfect for someone who thrives on numbers and can build strong relationships,

Managing key global wholesale accounts and acting as the main point of contact for buyers

• Building strong relationships with international partners across multiple markets
• Owning seasonal budgets and forecasts – tracking performance and driving growth
• Analysing sales data to inform trading decisions and future collections
• Working closely with production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth delivery
• Creating clear, insightful reports to support commercial strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills – confident liaising with buyers globally
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for driving sales
• Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Previous experience in wholesale merchandising (fashion preferred)
