TikTok Shop Marketplace Manager – 12‑Month Maternity Cover (London)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive TikTok Shop Marketplace Manager to lead growth, trading performance, and creator-driven commerce while covering a 12‑month maternity leave. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced social commerce environment, understands the full ecosystem of TikTok Shop, and knows how to drive revenue through live shopping, creator partnerships, and marketplace optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • TikTok Shop Ownership
  • Fully manage and grow performance on TikTok Shop (with light touch support for eBay if needed).
  • Develop and execute a TikTok-first trading strategy focused on revenue growth, conversion, and customer acquisition.
  • Build a forward plan of TikTok trading moments, campaigns, and seasonal pushes.
  • Live Shopping & Content Commerce
  • Plan and deliver TikTok Shop Lives, including:
  • Presenter & creator scheduling;  Producer coordination; Product selection and run-of-show planning; Post-live analysis and optimisation
  • Work closely with marketing to source, brief, and manage creators and affiliates to drive scalable content commerce.
  • Monitor trading & performance.
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and trading reports for TikTok Shop.
  • Deliver daily and weekly trading actions, promotions, bundles, and performance strategies.
  • Optimise product availability, stock flow, and demand with buying and merchandising teams.
  • Content, Operations & Stakeholder Management
  • Oversee product content, ensuring TikTok Shop listings are high‑performing, on-brand, and algorithm‑friendly.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and TikTok partners.
  • Work closely with customer service and logistics to ensure smooth operations and marketplace KPIs (delivery, service levels, order accuracy).
  • Build strong relationships with TikTok account managers and key platform contacts.

About You

  • Proven success driving sales on TikTok Shop or in a social commerce marketplace environment.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Hands-on, agile, and confident executing at speed.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across teams and time zones.
  • A collaborative, proactive team player who isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
