Reference: TalentWe have partnered with one of the largest retailers in their sector, who are currently on their search for a Talent and Employer Brand Manager.
The Talent and Employer Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent.
You will work closely with the wider HR and L&D teams, the Marketing and Digital department, and Senior leadership to create a compelling employer brand that resonates with candidates and employees alike.
You will also be responsible, with the People Director, for building and maintaining the company’s reputation as an employer of choice, engaging those looking to work for the brand as well as those current colleagues who are already here.
The Talent and Employer Brand Manager will also develop and execute the company’s employer branding strategy across all channels, including social media, career sites, job boards, and events.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing channels.
- Analytical mindset
- Passion for creating an inclusive and diverse work environment.
