The Opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Retail & Operations team at CVUK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong retail background who is looking to move into a fast-paced, client-facing role within a recruitment agency environment.
You will play a key role in driving both delivery and business growth — partnering with existing clients while also developing new relationships and opportunities across direct-to-consumer markets.
What You’ll Be Doing

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across retail and operations roles

Partnering with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions

Proactively developing new business opportunities and building your own client portfolio

Building and maintaining long-term client relationships

Sourcing, attracting, and engaging top retail talent

Advising clients on market trends, talent insights, and hiring strategies

Delivering against commercial targets and contributing to team growth
What We’re Looking For

Strong background in retail (essential) — you understand store environments inside out

Previous experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous, but not essential

Commercial mindset with a natural ability to build relationships

Confidence in business development and client-facing activities

Highly driven, proactive, and results-oriented

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
