On behalf of a my client – a well established Makeup and Cosmetics brand are looking for their next Talent Acquisition Manager.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for hiring talent, and more importantly retaining it. You will play a key role in the success of the brand through the development, implementation, and evolution of the talent strategy.
In this role, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be expected to understand the business, goals, and priorities. Once understood, you can begin building those strategies that work towards this. Ultimately, being tasked with attracting and retaining the most talented and diverse candidates across all levels of the organisation.
Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial.
