We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Supervisor to join our team at Women’s Fashion Brand in London.

The Supervisor will support the store management team in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining the highest visual and operational standards. The role involves leading by example on the shop floor, assisting with team training and development, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and providing excellent service that reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the management team in overseeing daily store operations.
• Lead the sales team to achieve store targets and KPIs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support team members in delivering a personalised shopping experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is always presentable.
• Help with inventory management, including stock replenishment and transfers.
• Support in training and developing the sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and any escalations.
