Menswear Tailoring and Suits Specialist

Do you love suits and tailoring?

We are currently seeking an experienced Menswear Tailoring and Suits Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service for our well-known luxury brand. We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our store team, with an immediate start preferred.

The Role:

• Be part of a thriving team – leading and driving sales within the suiting department to achieve targets and KPI’s.
• Support the Store Manager to reach sales targets and contribute to the store’s KPI results.
• Provide exceptional customer service and develop a loyal and valued customer base.
• Maximise sales by advising customers and achieving lifestyle and outfit dressing.
• Represent and promote our brand, leading by example.

The Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years of senior experience in menswear premium retail, reporting to the Store Manager.
• Passion for formal wear and suiting, with knowledge of fabrics and tailoring details.
• Experience in made-to-measure tailoring is a plus.
• Strong interest in fashion and client interactions.
