KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the day-to-day store operations, ensuring impeccable service standards and a seamless customer journey.

• Drive commercial performance, identifying opportunities to maximise sales and hit targets.

• Build strong relationships with loyal customers, personal shoppers, and Bicester Village partners.

• Manage stock, VM standards and operational compliance in line with brand guidelines.

• Organise store events and activations to engage customers and drive footfall.
