Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve sales and service excellence.

Client Experience
- Ensure every client receives a personalized and memorable experience.
- Build strong client relationships and grow the client database.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the store with professionalism and passion.
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive sales and profitability through effective action plans.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to maximize performance.
- Share insights and feedback with senior management to support business growth.
Operations
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
- Manage inventory accuracy and stock control.
Profile & Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury retail management (fragrance or beauty preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with a passion for client service.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
