Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve sales and service excellence.
  • Set clear goals and monitor performance, providing feedback and development plans.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and client-focused culture.

Client Experience

  • Ensure every client receives a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Build strong client relationships and grow the client database.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the store with professionalism and passion.

Sales & Business Performance

  • Drive sales and profitability through effective action plans.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to maximize performance.
  • Share insights and feedback with senior management to support business growth.

Operations

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and stock control.

Profile & Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management (fragrance or beauty preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded with a passion for client service.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
