Your Responsibilities as Store Manager

Customer Experience & Brand Ambassadorship

  • Deliver an exquisite, personalised fragrance experience that exceeds client expectations.
  • Build deep and lasting client relationships, focusing on retention, loyalty, and CRM excellence.
  • Ensure all team members embody the brand values and act as true fragrance consultants.

Commercial & Retail Excellence

  • Drive sales performance and lead the store to achieve ambitious KPIs.
  • Analyse commercial reports, client insights, and opportunities to maximise performance.
  • Implement effective strategies to elevate conversion, ATV, and overall store productivity.

People Leadership

  • Inspire, mentor, and develop your team to reach their full potential.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and empowered team culture.
  • Lead by example in product knowledge, storytelling, and service rituals.

Store Operations & Visual Presentation

  • Maintain pristine visual merchandising that reflects brand codes and seasonal storytelling.
  • Oversee stock management, replenishment, and fragrance tester inventory.
  • Ensure compliance across audits, processes, fragrance handling, and operational standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ retail management experience within luxury beauty, fragrance, fashion, or premium retail.
  • A natural leader with strong coaching skills and a passion for team development.
  • Proven commercial acumen with consistent KPI achievements.
  • A deep appreciation for fragrance, luxury craftsmanship, and sensory retail.
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Someone who thrives in a client‑focused environment and loves building relationships.
