About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead a lifestyle jewellery boutique in Marylebone. This is an exciting opportunity to create unforgettable customer experiences, nurture a high-performing team, and drive commercial success in a vibrant retail setting.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Shopfloor Leadership

  • Champion a culture of exceptional service, ensuring every client interaction is memorable.
  • Build loyalty through VIP and CRM programs and engage with the local community.
  • Drive commercial success by identifying creative ways to exceed expectations.
  • Lead your team to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Handle customer feedback with empathy and efficiency.

Visual Merchandising

  • Implement visual merchandising directives with precision and creativity.
  • Ensure the store reflects brand standards and aesthetic at all times.

Team Development & Leadership

  • Onboard new team members through structured induction programs.
  • Lead performance reviews and ongoing training.
  • Set clear expectations and uphold company policies and values.
  • Address team issues fairly and supportively.
  • Manage recruitment processes in partnership with senior management.

Operations & Communication

  • Oversee stock management, deliveries, audits, and inventory processes.
  • Analyze store performance and implement strategies to meet business goals.
  • Maintain strong communication with HQ and across teams.
  • Manage rotas and payroll accurately and on time.
  • Keep all store records organized and up to date.

Profile & Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in retail management, ideally in luxury or high-volume environments.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and lead teams to success.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and visual merchandising skills.
  • Collaborative leadership style that inspires and empowers others.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and retail systems.
