Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead a brand new retail location for an established fashion house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making commercial and operational decisions, driving sales, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for commercial and operational decisions
• Communicate effectively with the Head of Retail to establish priorities and review store performance
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the area manager and key support functions
• Coach, develop, and motivate the team to maximize their performance
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and adapt management style to meet the needs of different individuals
• Analyze reports and data to suggest ways to maximize sales opportunities
• Execute visual merchandising requirements to drive sales
• Promote outstanding customer service and challenge any activity that impacts service levels
• Contribute to improving business performance through a focus on KPIs, cost, and profit

• Proven success in a similar fashion retail environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering great retail standards
