Spa and Hotel Commercial Manager.
Reference: vg-snk-21The role is designed for a person that is highly experienced in luxury hotels & spas, you will have a keen eye for sourcing new partnerships within the luxury travel sector as well as managing and maintaining the relationships we have with our existing partners.
You will have an in-depth understanding of spa operations and the importance of the guest journey. You will have an entrepreneurial can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to achieve results. Ideally a German and French speaker.
Responsibilities
To build and maintain excellent relationships with hotel spa partners, regularly communicating with the spa leaders to ensure a clear business focus, productivity & to achieve sales targets across hotel spa accounts, respecting profit requirements and company set KPI’s.
Actively source new business opportunities that mirror brand positioning and image, ensuring that location, environment, demographic, interior design of hotel & spa are in line with the brand vision.
To work alongside the CEO, Founder and NPD to create a new Amenities range for the brand
Forecast and monitor sales performance via monthly summaries highlighting variances to plan.
