The Role
We’re seeking a Group Social Media Manager to lead social strategy across multiple brands globally. This role combines creative storytelling with data-driven performance, owning organic and paid social, influencer marketing, and community engagement to drive brand growth and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across all group brands
- Manage content calendars and oversee content creation
- Lead community management and audience engagement
- Own influencer strategy, campaigns, and creator relationships
- Manage paid social strategy and media investment with agency partners
- Track performance, analyse results, and optimise activity
- Lead and mentor social media team members
- Collaborate cross-functionally with E-commerce, Design, Brand, Sales, and Operations
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in social media management (multi-brand or agency preferred)
- Strong knowledge of major platforms and paid social
- Proven influencer marketing experience
- Creative, analytical, and commercially minded
- Confident managing budgets, agencies, and stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
Nice to Have
- Experience with social and analytics tools
- Content creation skills (video/visual)
- Strong reporting and insight generation
