The Role
We’re seeking a Group Social Media Manager to lead social strategy across multiple brands globally. This role combines creative storytelling with data-driven performance, owning organic and paid social, influencer marketing, and community engagement to drive brand growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across all group brands
  • Manage content calendars and oversee content creation
  • Lead community management and audience engagement
  • Own influencer strategy, campaigns, and creator relationships
  • Manage paid social strategy and media investment with agency partners
  • Track performance, analyse results, and optimise activity
  • Lead and mentor social media team members
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with E-commerce, Design, Brand, Sales, and Operations

 About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in social media management (multi-brand or agency preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of major platforms and paid social
  • Proven influencer marketing experience
  • Creative, analytical, and commercially minded
  • Confident managing budgets, agencies, and stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube

 Nice to Have

  • Experience with social and analytics tools
  • Content creation skills (video/visual)
  • Strong reporting and insight generation
