🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Boots and M&S national accounts, ensuring consistent growth, profitability, and brand visibility.

  • Develop strategic account plans, forecasts, and promotional calendars aligned with business goals.

  • Analyse performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Report on key metrics, drive category expansion, and ensure excellence in retail execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of national account management experience in the beauty, personal care, or FMCG sector.

  • Demonstrated success managing Boots and M&S accounts with a strong understanding of their trading dynamics.

  • A passion for sustainable beauty, ethical business, and innovation.

  • Exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and data-driven mindset.
