Senior Garment Technologist.

I’m seeking an experienced Senior Garment Technologist to join a hugely successful womenswear Brand.

• You will be playing a key role in the product development process from concept to production.
• You will lead live fit sessions, collaborate closely with design and production teams, and provide clear, detailed fit comments with supporting visuals.
• Daily communication with a global supplier base is essential to ensure garments meet high-quality and fit standards.
• You will also oversee product returns, develop junior team members, and drive initiatives to improve consistency and efficiency.

A strong understanding of garment construction, pattern cutting, and compliance is required, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience working on multi-product in particular dresses is essential. A passion for fashion, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key to success in this role.
