Sales Ambassador – London – Premium Menswear Brand

We are partnering with a premium British luxury retail brand to recruit a Sales Ambassador for one of their flagship London locations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about luxury retail, styling, and delivering an elevated customer experience within a heritage-led environment.

The Role

As a Sales Ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the wider retail team in driving sales performance and maintaining impeccable store standards.

You’ll act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, building strong client relationships and creating a personalised luxury experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

• Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience
• Drive sales through exceptional service, styling advice, and product knowledge
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Support the team in achieving store targets and KPIs

Store Operations

• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures
• Assist with stock management, deliveries, transfers, and inventory checks
• Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards across the store
• Ensure the shop floor reflects the premium nature of the brand at all times

Team Support

• Support the wider retail team in maintaining excellent service standards
• Assist with in-store events and client activations
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Experience within premium or luxury retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for styling, client service, and luxury fashion
• Commercial mindset with confidence driving sales
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A polished and professional presentation
