Retail Supervisor – Luxury Fashion (Harrods) – London

We are currently recruiting for a Retail Supervisor on behalf of a prestigious luxury fashion brand for their concession within Harrods, London.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within a globally recognised brand, supporting the day-to-day operations and driving team performance in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you will support the management team in leading the concession, ensuring exceptional service standards while driving sales and team engagement.

You will act as a key point of contact on the shop floor, motivating the team and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management team in overseeing daily operations
• Lead by example in delivering a luxury-level customer experience
• Motivate and coach the team to achieve sales targets
• Monitor individual and team performance
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and presentation
• Assist with stock control and operational processes
• Act as a brand representative within the Harrods environment

The Candidate

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within retail or luxury
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Sales-driven with a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Well-presented and brand-focused
• Experience within Harrods or similar environment is advantageous
