Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Lead to play a key role in optimizing the retail channel. As the Retail Lead, you will be responsible for driving growth and operational excellence across our stores and concessions. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to take the reins in leading and growing our retail operation while serving as the subject matter expert.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team, ensuring high morale and reaching full potential.
- Provide strategic leadership for retail standards, systems, processes, and day-to-day store operations.
- Own the P&L performance for all stores and concessions, identifying opportunities to optimize sales and customer experiences.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Develop and implement a clientele program focused on acquiring new customers and nurturing long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a senior retail management role.
- Track record of driving commercial success through KPI achievement and effective training.
- Expertise in customer experience strategies and understanding consumer behavior.
- Financial acumen, including experience in P&L management, budgeting, and KPI analysis.
- Proven experience managing new store openings.
Day-to-day
As the Retail Lead, you will spend most of your time in stores, leading, coaching, and developing the retail team. You will also be responsible for providing strategic leadership for retail standards, systems, and processes, as well as owning the P&L performance for all stores and concessions.
