Regional Sales Manager – Premium Retail Brand – Germany

We’re supporting a leading premium retail brand in their confidential search for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee their operations in Germany.

This role is ideal for someone with strong multi-site retail experience, fluent in German and English, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. You will be responsible for managing and developing store teams, driving commercial results, and ensuring an exceptional brand experience across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire Store Managers and their teams across the region

  • Analyse business performance and take action to exceed targets

  • Ensure brand and operational standards are consistently delivered

  • Support new store openings, recruitment, and training where needed

  • Act as the link between stores and the wider business functions

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Regional, Area, or Multi-Site Manager in premium/luxury retail

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate remote teams

  • Commercially minded and confident working with data and KPIs

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Flexible to travel regularly within Germany
