We’re supporting a leading premium retail brand in their confidential search for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee their operations in Germany.
This role is ideal for someone with strong multi-site retail experience, fluent in German and English, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. You will be responsible for managing and developing store teams, driving commercial results, and ensuring an exceptional brand experience across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and inspire Store Managers and their teams across the region

Analyse business performance and take action to exceed targets

Ensure brand and operational standards are consistently delivered

Support new store openings, recruitment, and training where needed

Act as the link between stores and the wider business functions

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
About You:

Proven experience as a Regional, Area, or Multi-Site Manager in premium/luxury retail

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate remote teams

Commercially minded and confident working with data and KPIs

Fluent in German and English
-
Flexible to travel regularly within Germany
