Regional Sales Manager – Premium Retail Brand – France

We’re working on a confidential search for a Regional Sales Manager to lead the French market for a dynamic and well-established premium retail brand.

In this role, you’ll oversee the performance of stores across France, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing talent, and driving commercial success. You’ll report into the international leadership team and play a key role in shaping the future of the brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Store Managers to achieve commercial and operational goals

  • Drive team development and succession planning

  • Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to maximise performance

  • Ensure excellence in visual merchandising, client experience, and store standards

  • Partner with head office functions and represent the region in key discussions

  • Regular travel across France to visit stores and support teams

About You:

  • Experienced Regional or Area Manager from a premium or lifestyle retail background

  • Inspiring leader with a people-first mindset

  • Strategic thinker who can balance brand standards with commercial goals

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Happy to travel frequently across France
