Regional/ Area Manager.

We are very excited to have partnered with a well-established Australian brand launching in the UK in the Fall.  The brand is destined for success and will add some fun and energy to the high street.

As a Retail Area Manager, you will be involved from new store openings through to day to day management.

Working alongside the Head of People and Culture you will be instrumental in building great motivated teams.

You will lead and inspire store managers and their teams to achieve and exceed goals, maintaining the highest standards of our brand.

Driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

To be considered:

Must have multi site retail management experience within fashion, home or beauty.

Looking to establish a long term career and grow with a company

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.
