The Role

You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with clients and candidates to deliver high-quality hiring solutions. This is a highly relationship-led role combining business development, talent sourcing, and consultative recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding hiring needs and business goals
  • Advise clients on market trends, hiring strategies, and talent availability
  • Manage expectations and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
  • Support the creation of detailed job briefs and hiring strategies

Candidate Sourcing & Assessment

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the process
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure candidate quality

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full hiring process from briefing through to offer and placement
  • Coordinate interviews and provide guidance to both clients and candidates
  • Negotiate offers and support successful onboarding outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records using recruitment systems

Market Mapping & Networking

  • Build a strong network within fashion, beauty, and consumer sectors
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Proactively identify and engage top talent pipelines

Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare candidate shortlists and client presentations
  • Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and recruitment best practices

About You

  • Experience in recruitment or a background in retail, fashion, or head office environments
  • Strong interest in fashion, beauty, and consumer brands
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded with strong negotiation ability
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple roles and deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and Microsoft Office
