Production Manager.

I’m seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and ensuring the efficient production of goods and services. This includes procurement, supervision, quality control, and cost management. As the Production Manager, you will lead a team and collaborate with various departments to meet production goals and uphold our ethical and sustainable practices.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee planning, procurement, supervision, and control of manufacturing processes
– Ensure efficient production, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards
– Manage and develop the Production Team, Coordinators, and Technologists
– Collaborate with other teams to meet project requirements and timelines
– Estimate production costs, budgets, and lead times
– Maintain and update production schedules and critical paths
– Conduct production-related meetings and address issues
– Support material resourcing and supplier management
– Recruit, train, and evaluate team members
– Resolve personnel issues and maintain a cohesive work environment
– Stay updated on industry practices and trends
– Perform general duties related to the supply chain

Requirements:

– Previous experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role
– Proficient in manufacturing processes and procedures
– Strong leadership and management skills

– Ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple teams
