Our client is looking for a Payroll Specialist who is responsible for running the end-to-end payroll within the business and for the group. The role will involve working closely with our external payroll partner to ensure all aspects of payroll are running smoothly as well as supporting our Management teams. This is an integral role to the business and one that will involve some elements that will support legislative requirements within payroll.

To be considered for this Payroll Specialist position, applicants must be able to complete manual calculations and know how to calculate statutory payments. Excellent excel skills coupled an ability to be proactive about process improvements to identify opportunities for automation, streamlining etc. are also required.
The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of payroll including PAYE [Pay as you Earn], Statutory Calculations, validating and reviewing payrolls, providing first line expert support, checking, and responding to errors and inputting other payroll data such as benefits and contractual information.
