Hands-on experience using MRP/ERP systems and creating Bills of Materials (BOMs)

Strong Excel and analytical capability, with confidence managing data and forecasting models

A structured, process-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple SKUs and production schedules simultaneously

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence suppliers

Strong commercial awareness, understanding the relationship between stock, margin, and cash flow

Calm and solution-focused approach to managing production challenges and unexpected issues

Experience within fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly desirable

Professional supply chain qualification (e.g., CIPS) desirable but not essential

Benefits:

Competitive salary

Hybrid working model with flexibility

Opportunity to make meaningful impact in a growing business

Exposure across commercial, finance, and product development functions

Autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to shape operational excellence in a scaling organisation

If you’re a detail-oriented Operations professional looking to take ownership of forecasting, production, and inventory within a dynamic and growing business, we’d love to hear from you.
