National Account Manager – Beauty & Lifestyle

We’re looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager to join a fast-growing, purpose-led brand in the beauty and lifestyle sector.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and grow national retail accounts

  • Build strong relationships with buyers and supply chain teams

  • Deliver account strategies, forecasting, and promotional planning

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams

  • Monitor sales, report results, and identify growth opportunities

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a National Account Manager within beauty, personal care, or premium FMCG

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

  • Organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities

  • Passion for beauty, fragrance, and sustainability
