Multiproduct – Senior Womenswear Designer.

Our Client provides fashion to the world’s leading brands and global retailers. With over 30 years in the fashion industry and offices in the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, and Spain, and manufacturing hubs in Turkey and Bangladesh, they are a trusted leader in fashion design and production. We are looking for a talented Senior Womenswear Designer, experienced in multiproduct womenswear, shape design, with a strong understanding of graphics and print design, and in touch with trend-led fashion brands.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the design team to produce seasonal color and product trends.
• Producing in-season trends and presentations specific to our customer base.
• Designing exciting and commercial fashion products to showcase to customers and in response to fashion briefs.
• Presenting new design ideas to customers.
• Leading and mentoring a team of designers.
• Managing workflow and aligning to critical path and deadlines.
• Traveling for sourcing, product development, and customer meetings.

Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years of design experience working with a fashion brand, supplier, or retailer.
• Competent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Knowledge of 3D fashion design software is an advantage.
• Experience in product development, range building, and trend analysis.
• In-depth understanding of garment construction and fit process.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
