Merchandiser – Womenswear – London

We are seeking a commercially driven and highly organised Merchandiser to play a pivotal role in driving growth across wholesale, DTC, and marketplace channels for a premium lifestyle brand.

This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and creative London-based team during an exciting period of international expansion, reporting directly to the Commercial Director and supporting strategic decisions across product, sales, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial Director in creating and managing seasonal category plans, OTB forecasts, and buy quantities while maintaining optimum continuity levels.

  • Analyse weekly trading performance, identifying opportunities and risks across collections, categories, and markets.

  • Present key insights in trading meetings, providing actionable recommendations to maximise sales and margin.

  • Partner with the Sales Team to drive wholesale and marketplace performance while protecting ecommerce revenue.

  • Act as the key liaison between Merchandising, Product Development, and Design, ensuring a seamless product lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce Executive to align stock levels and performance with online visibility.

  • Maintain accurate WSSI reporting and monitor intake, availability, and markdown strategies.

  • Support the ongoing development of best-selling product ranges to ensure commercial and customer alignment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in merchandising, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or premium product brands.

  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.

  • Experience with Shopify, Zedonk, or other inventory systems is highly desirable.

  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Collaborative communicator who thrives in a creative, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
