Marketplace Manager – Maternity Cover
(12-month contract, full-time)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketplace Manager to cover maternity leave and lead the growth of sales and profit across TikTok Shop and eBay. This is a great opportunity for someone with a commercial mindset, hands-on approach, and a passion for driving online marketplace success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow performance across TikTok Shop and eBay.

• Build a calendar of trading events to maximise sales opportunities.

• Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on performance.

• Plan and execute TikTok Shop Lives, including presenter/producer scheduling.

• Collaborate with marketing to source and manage affiliate creators.

• Deliver day-to-day trading plans, promotions, and sales strategies.

• Work with buying and merchandising teams to optimise product availability.

• Oversee product content and manage external agency partners.

• Ensure marketplace KPIs are met by working with customer service and logistics teams.

• Build strong relationships with platform partners and external stakeholders.

About You

• Proven experience growing sales on TikTok Shop or in a similar marketplace role.

• Commercially minded with strong financial and analytical skills.

• Hands-on and results-driven, with high attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-starter with a proactive, positive approach and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to collaborate across teams, locations, and time zones.

• A true team player, ready to roll up your sleeves when needed.
