About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in the menswear section. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in menswear and luxury retail, with excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, offering personalised styling and product advice.

• Maintain excellent knowledge of the menswear collection and ensure the shop floor is always well-presented.

• Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries and replenishing stock.

• Achieve personal and team sales targets through confident client engagement.

• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.

About You

• Previous retail experience, ideally in menswear or premium fashion.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

• A team player with a proactive attitude.

• Passionate about menswear and styling.
