Ladies Accessories Designer.

We are seeking a talented Ladies Accessories Designer to join a growing team at an established supplier. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in accessory design, particularly in the realm of bags and belts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients and overseas factories, whilst conceiving innovative accessory designs.
Essential Duties.

• Collaborate with the design team to develop concepts and designs for a range of ladies accessories, focusing primarily on bags and belts.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences in the accessories industry.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing purposes.
• Liaise with overseas factories to oversee the production process, ensuring quality and timely delivery of products.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific design requirements and preferences.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of materials, construction techniques, and production processes relevant to accessory design.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in accessory design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience working with overseas factories and managing production timelines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
