Key Holder- Luxury Menswear -Chelsea

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and dependable Key Holder to join a prestigious luxury menswear boutique in Chelsea. This role is ideal for someone passionate about tailoring, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

As a Key Holder, you will act as a trusted team member responsible for store security and smooth daily operations. You’ll support the management team, lead by example on the shop floor, and ensure every client receives outstanding service.


Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

  • Open and close the store following security protocols.
  • Hold and safeguard store keys, alarm codes, and safe access.
  • Oversee cash handling, including deposits and register accuracy.
  • Maintain store standards: cleanliness, organization, and merchandising.

Client Experience

  • Deliver exceptional service and personalized styling advice.
  • Assist with client appointments and bespoke orders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty.

Sales & Team Support

  • Support sales targets through proactive clienteling and upselling.
  • Mentor new team members on store procedures and service standards.
  • Act as manager-on-duty when required, ensuring smooth operations.

Inventory & Compliance

  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

Profile & Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury or premium retail (menswear preferred).
  • Strong understanding of tailoring and fashion trends.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
