Our client an iconic menswear brand is on the lookout for a Junior Product Developer / Junior Buyer  to join their dynamic Product team!

You’ll be responsible for developing commercial, trend-led menswear ranges that wow our wholesale customers and drive profit. Working closely with Sales, Design, and QA, you’ll help shape the future of our product collections—from concept to creation.

🚀 What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage seasonal product ranges aligned with brand strategy

• Source, negotiate, and maintain supplier relationships

• Own the critical path from product development to delivery

• Collaborate with Design & QA for fit, quality, and innovation

• Present ranges to Sales & Management for go-to-market success

• Analyse trends, margins, and performance to drive continuous improvement

• Manage junior team members where applicable

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years in a Buying / Product / Design role (fashion industry)

• Strong garment knowledge across casual & formalwear

• A creative yet commercial mindset

• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Illustrator & PDM systems

• Exceptional organisation, communication, and negotiation skills

• Passion for menswear trends and wholesale fashion
