This dynamic role involves managing employee relations, health and safety, compensation, and workplace conduct.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with full recruitment lifecycle, develop onboarding programs, and collaborate on talent pipelines.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Address workplace grievances, develop engagement strategies, and analyze turnover trends.
Compliance & Policy Management Ensure adherence to labor laws, update HR policies, and manage workplace investigations.
Compensation & Benefits Manage benefits programs, collaborate with vendors, and conduct market research for competitive packages.
HR Metrics & Reporting: Analyze HR metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on data trends.
Qualifications
CIPD Qualified
Minimum of 5 years in human resources
Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
